History
Leo has a history with fighting Victoria Glassfire, and is most likely responsible for her insanity, as he has ransacked her memories. His meddling has also caused her to forget Hope Everthorn, a former friend of hers. How Hope feels about this is unknown.

While Leo turns heads all on his own, there is more going on behind his dark eyes than you might realize! He's calculating (though no one would ever say he's cold) and manipulative, and Leo always seems to know exactly what you're thinking.
What was I just thinking? The beauty and brilliance is breathtaking! What was I so angry about? Why would I want to harm Leo? I'm sure I'd regret it. Perhaps I should just rest and enjoy my surroundings. After having read your mind, Leo is sure to know how best to discourage any act of aggression against him, or at least make you pay for those actions you've taken!
