Red Rains was not designed to be a standalone product. PHG intends for you to have the Master Set to be able to use it.  

 If you're completely new to Ashes, the PHG bundle is made specifically for you -- it's the ultimate entry point for both game modes. 

 If you have the Master Set already, just sub to TC to get Red Rains at launch and you'll have everything you need.
