Abbreviations

**Keep in alphabetical order 

 Dice spreads are usually abbreviated using the following single letter assignments: 

 

 N: Nature 

 C: Ceremonial 

 H: Charm 

 D: Divine 

 S: Sympathy 

 I: Illusion 

 T: Time 

 A: Astral 

 R: Artifice 

 

 These are abbreviations/short forms of terms or card names in Ashes that are commonly used across Discord and Ashteki 

 

 BB = Blood Brawl 

 

 Bo3 = Best of three 

 

 

 BF = battlefield 

 

 BI = Body Inversion 

 

 Bmonk = butterfly monk 

 

 brawler = Gorrenrock Brawler 

 

 CG = chaos gravity 

 

 Chantfusion/CoT = Chant of Transfusion 

 Closed List = You don't have to publish your deck for the community after playing a tournament game 

 cobra = Ruby Cobra 

 CoH = Change of Heart (also Chant of Hostility) 

 CoR = Chant of Revenge 

 CoT = Chant of Transfusion 

 crab = Tidal Crab 

 

 Crypt Guy = crypt guardian 

 

 

 CtA = call to action 

 

 

 CutR = call upon the realms 

 

 

 DD = double down 

 

 DF = Dream Fracture 

 Dog/donut dog = Mirror Spirit 

 Donny = Adaptadon 

 

 EE = Era's End 

 

 ED/Druid = Essence Druid 

 

 EQ = Earthquake 

 

 

 EV = enchanted violinist

 frog = nature power side / Frost Frog 

 FR = Fate Reflection 

 

 GK = grave knight 

 

 GL = Guilt Link 

 

 gryphon = cloudburst gryphon 

 

 

 GTO = gates thrown open 

 

 

 GV = golden veil 

 

 herder = Raptor Herder 

 

 HK = hammer knight 

 

 

 HM = hunt master 

 

 HW = Hunting Weapons 

 IC = Immortal Commander 

 knight = any 3+ dice-cost ally 

 Limbo = the "out of play" zone after destroying before discarding the card to the appropriate pile (discard or conjuration). This is to allow when/after destroy effects to occur. 

 

 LB = light bringer 

 

 

 LoF = law of fear 

 

 LoG = Law of Grace 

 LoS = Law of Sight 

 

 MaG = massive growth 

 

 MFO = Mind Fog Owl 

 

 MG = molten gold 

 

 

 MV = master vamp 

 

 OHB = One Hundred Blades 

 OM = Open Memories 

 PACT = Phoenix Attendant + Chant of Transfusion 

 

 PB = phoenixborn 

 

 peacock/LB = Light Bringer 

 

 PL = Phoenix League (a tournament with one random opponent once a week) 

 

 

 PS = particle shield 

 

 

 RA = root armor 

 

 RC = Royal Charm

 rile = Rile the Meek 

 

 RR = Red Rain (a thematic collection of expansions)

 smuggle = The act of moving a die onto a card without paying an action cost like with Royal Charm

 SotF = Survival of the Fittest 

 

 sonic = sonic sworsdman 

 

 SoV = Sword of Virtue 

 

 SP/Spain = sympathy pain 

 

 

 SS = shadow spirit 

 

 swifty = Swift Messenger
